Eligibility Criteria

Work must be original and not previously published or presented.

The first author must register for the conference.

Each presenter can submit up to two abstracts.

All submissions must be in English.

By submitting, authors agree to the terms and conditions.

Abstract Structure

Your abstract must be structured under the following headings:

Objectives

Methods

Results

Conclusion

Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).

Review & Evaluation

All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Accepted abstracts will be notified via email by 20 August 2026.

Presentations will be scheduled as Oral or Poster at the discretion of the committee.

Final decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
