Dr. Aysha Ibrahim Al Malki is the Executive Director of the Transfusion Medicine division and Head of Haemovigilance, under the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. She is also the Manager and founder of the HMC Corporate Blood Transfusion Committee. Dr. Aysha was recently appointed as the President of the Arab Authority for Blood Transfusion Services (AABTS), which is governed by the Council of Arab Ministers of Health. Dr. Aysha holds a Doctorate in Blood Transfusion from the Sheffield University Medical School, United Kingdom and by merit was awarded an MSc in Blood Transfusion from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom. Dr. Aysha Al Malki is a well-recognized and key representative of Transfusion Medicine in GCC and the Arab Blood Transfusion League. She has exceptional expertise and a wealth of experience in the field of Blood Transfusion.
