Dr. Shadhiya Al Khan is a hematopathologist at the Department of Blood Bank Services and Royal Hospital in Muscat, Oman. She earned her medical degree from Sultan Qaboos University and completed her hematopathology residency and transfusion medicine fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is a Fellow and Diplomate of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Shadhiya is an active educator, serving as faculty for the hematopathology residency program at the Oman Medical Specialty Board. She also organizes national workshops and is a member of the National Blood Transfusion Committee of Oman.
